I’m Amy Ross
A leadership coach and master facilitator based in Charlotte, NC. For more than 20 years, I’ve been helping leaders and teams unlock their potential, strengthen their impact, and navigate change with confidence.
My career has taken me across industries — from healthcare and financial services to technology and non-profit organizations — and across cultures throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. I have developed solutions and coached at every level of leadership to achieve meaningful growth and measurable results.
My approach combines empathy, insight, and challenge. I believe the best coaching helps leaders connect deeply with their values, align their behaviors and goals, and lead in a way that feels both authentic and effective. Whether I’m working with an executive managing organizational change, a leader stepping into a more strategic role, or a team striving to collaborate and perform at a higher level, my goal is the same: to help people and organizations thrive.
I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont, and an MA in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. I’m trained in multiple assessment tools, including EQi 2.0, Predictive Index, CliftonStrengths, and Korn Ferry 360 — and I’m a proud member of both the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Talent Development.
